Daniel Brodowski

Biography

Daniel works primarily on criminal matters, with particular emphasis on white-collar crime, fiscal criminal law and criminal enforcement law. He is a Trainee Advocate and member of the Warsaw Bar Association.

He graduated with distinction from the Faculty of Law and Administration at the Jagiellonian University in Kraków. Daniel is the author of academic publications on criminal law and criminal procedure. He received the Rector’s Scholarship for the best students four times and took part in a Polish-American seminar organised by Indiana University in 2022. He is a member of the Criminal Law and Procedure Section at the Warsaw Bar Association.

Since October 2024, Daniel has been a doctoral student at the Doctoral School of the University of Białystok in the field of legal sciences. He is also a co-author of the second edition of Ustawa o przeciwdziałaniu praniu pieniędzy oraz finansowaniu terroryzmu. Ustawa sankcyjna. Komentarz, edited by M. Dyl and M. Królikowski (Warsaw, 2024).
