Biography
Jerzy brings extensive tax and commercial-law experience to the firm’s project teams. He advises and represents clients in tax and inspection proceedings and in tax audits, including matters supporting restructuring and insolvency proceedings.
He is a Tax Adviser with broad experience in tax authorities and fiscal-control bodies. He previously served as Director of the Tax Administration Department at the Ministry of Finance and as Director of the Tax Administration Reform Department, where he was responsible for implementing the National Revenue Administration.
