Biography
Łukasz is a Partner specialising in white-collar crime, corporate disputes and compliance. He supports entrepreneurs and management teams in identifying, assessing and mitigating the risks connected with business operations and personal liability.
He gained experience at leading Warsaw law firms and non-governmental organisations, including the Helsinki Foundation for Human Rights. He is an Advocate and member of the Warsaw Bar Association. He graduated with distinction from the Faculty of Law and Administration at the University of Warsaw and subsequently completed his Advocate traineeship at the Warsaw Bar Association.
Łukasz is a co-author of the 2024 C.H. Beck commentary on the Act on Counteracting Money Laundering and Terrorist Financing. In his work, he combines criminal, regulatory and corporate-law expertise, focusing on effective risk management and representation in demanding matters.
