Marcin Marczuk

Biography

Marcin is a Managing Partner and leads the firm’s company law and capital-markets practices, as well as its advisory work on transactions and corporate processes. For more than two decades, he has supported public companies, financial institutions and issuers in strategic projects, combining legal expertise with a practical understanding of business and financial-market needs.

He is a co-author of C.H. Beck commentaries on capital-markets law, the Bond Act, the MAR Regulation and the Act on Counteracting Money Laundering and Terrorist Financing. He has also authored numerous publications on company law and capital markets, regularly comments on developments in the financial market, and speaks at conferences, congresses and training events on corporate governance, corporate finance and capital-market regulation.

Since 2022, Marcin has served as an arbitrator at the Arbitration Court of the Central Securities Depository of Poland. He previously acted as an arbitrator at the Arbitration Court of the Polish Financial Supervision Authority. He is a member of the Polish Association of Listed Companies and the Association of Independent Supervisory Board Members, actively contributing to the development of corporate-governance and capital-market standards.
