Biography
Paulina focuses primarily on criminal law, with particular emphasis on white-collar crime. She acts both as defence counsel and as a representative of injured parties. She also works in corporate law, reviewing corporate procedures for compliance with statutory requirements, and represents clients in civil and enforcement proceedings.
She has worked with recognised criminal-law firms and previously gained experience in the legal department of a large company with foreign capital. Paulina completed her Advocate traineeship at the Warsaw Bar Association and graduated in law from the University of Warsaw, where her thesis concerned criminal procedure.
She is a co-author of the second edition of Ustawa o przeciwdziałaniu praniu pieniędzy oraz finansowaniu terroryzmu. Ustawa sankcyjna. Komentarz, edited by M. Dyl and M. Królikowski (Warsaw, 2024).
