Biography
Stanisław’s professional interests focus on public-law liability, including criminal, fiscal criminal and disciplinary law. Since January 2024, he has been a Trainee Advocate at the Warsaw Bar Association.
He is the author of academic publications on substantive criminal law. Stanisław graduated from the Faculty of Law and Administration at the Jagiellonian University in Kraków and, since October 2023, has been a doctoral student at the university’s Doctoral School of Social Sciences.
He is a co-author of the second edition of Ustawa o przeciwdziałaniu praniu pieniędzy oraz finansowaniu terroryzmu. Ustawa sankcyjna. Komentarz, edited by M. Dyl and M. Królikowski (Warsaw, 2024).
